Revere is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, failure to follow instructions, use with incompatible materials, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or use of cleaning products or substances not recommended for the Revere One System.

CAP AND MATERIAL DISCLAIMER

Not all caps are manufactured using the same materials or construction methods. Certain dyes, adhesives, cardboard brims, leather components, specialty finishes, vintage materials, decorations, or delicate fabrics may react differently to moisture, heat, cleaning solutions, or mechanical cleaning.

Customers should review the manufacturer's care instructions for their cap before using the Revere One System. When compatibility is uncertain, testing on an inconspicuous area is recommended.

Revere does not guarantee that every cap, stain, odor, discoloration, or material will respond identically to cleaning.

CLEANING SOLUTION

Revere cleaning products must be used only as directed. Do not ingest cleaning solution. Avoid contact with eyes and use only for its intended cleaning application. Keep cleaning products out of reach of children and pets.

Do not mix Revere cleaning solution with bleach, household cleaners, chemicals, solvents, or other cleaning products unless expressly instructed by Revere.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revere's aggregate liability arising from a product or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, warranty, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
